My next-door neighbor's yard is disgusting. There are car tires and trash everywhere and he never cuts his lawn.
How does he get away with it?
I don't know. I tried to talk to him about it and he slammed the door in my face.
I hope he doesn't try to get back at you for insulting him. With that much trash in his yard, he doesn't seem stable.
I'm not wiorried. I already filed a formal complaint with the city. They'll send someone over next week to decide if he gets fined or not.
